We want you to love your COMMFIT belt. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
90-Day Returns
You have 90 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return
Email us at commfit31@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can't guarantee we'll receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days at commfit31@gmail.com and we'll make it right at no extra cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
